1. No Returns or Refunds Policy
Magic Motorsports maintains a strict no-returns, no-refunds policy. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are final.
Due to the specialized nature of imported car parts and the international shipping process involved, Magic Motorsports maintains a strict no-returns, no-refunds policy. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2. No Warranty for Non-Manufacturer Direct Items
Any item not ordered directly from the manufacturer carries no warranty for defects or issues.
Car parts imported through our service are sourced from various Japanese vendors and may be new, used, or refurbished. We do not provide any warranty, guarantee, or representation regarding the condition, quality, durability, suitability, or performance of these parts.
3. Order Verification
We strongly encourage all customers to:
- Carefully review all product information before placing an order
- Verify that the parts ordered are compatible with your vehicle
- Confirm all specifications, dimensions, and details prior to checkout
- Ask any questions about the product before completing your purchase
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we do not accept returns or provide refunds, we take the following approach for damaged or incorrect items:
- Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives visibly damaged due to shipping, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. While we cannot accept returns, we may, at our sole discretion, provide store credit in exceptional circumstances.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what was ordered (wrong part), please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order details. Resolution will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may, at our sole discretion, include store credit.
Please note: Any consideration of store credit or other resolution is entirely at the discretion of Magic Motorsports and is not guaranteed.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed for procurement from Japan. Once we have initiated the procurement process with our Japanese vendors, cancellations cannot be accepted.
6. Product Information Disclaimer
While we strive to provide accurate product information, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of any errors in product information, we reserve the right to correct such errors and revise your order accordingly, or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.
7. Acceptance of Policy
By placing an order with Magic Motorsports, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place an order with us.
