All orders are shipped via container freight from Japan. Shipping timeframes vary based on the following factors:

  • Customs clearance (typically 1-2 weeks)
  • Local delivery after port arrival (typically 3-7 business days)

Total shipping time from order placement to delivery typically ranges from 6-13 weeks. These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Item dimensions and weight
  • Destination country
  • Shipping method selected
  • Any special handling requirements

Precise shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is processed.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is placed and processed, you will receive:

  • Container assignment notification when your items are assigned to a specific shipping container
  • Container tracking information to monitor the shipment progress

Magic Motorsports is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Upon delivery, please inspect all packages immediately for any visible damage. If damage is observed:

  • Take photos of damaged packaging and contents
  • Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt
